Terms of Service

CorridoMaker is operated by BIG BYTE LABS, LLC. By using CorridoMaker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CorridoMaker or to make a purchase. By using the service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If we discover a user does not meet this requirement, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

The service

CorridoMaker generates personalized corridos using AI. You provide information about the recipient; we generate lyrics and audio.

Every corrido is delivered within 24 hours of submitting your answers. In the rare event of a delay beyond that, please contact support@corridomaker.com and we will work with you to deliver your corrido or issue a refund.

Payments and refunds

Pricing is $49.99 USD per corrido. We offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase: if you're not satisfied within that window, we refund the full amount, no questions asked. After 3 days, we work with you case by case.

Use of the corrido

The base purchase ($49.99) is for personal use — gifts, social media, family use. For commercial use (paid streaming, sync, monetization), we offer an additional license. Contact us.

Content and moderation

We will not generate corridos that glorify explicit violence, mention real people in criminal contexts, or violate the policies of our AI providers. We reserve the right to refuse any request that violates these rules.

Your representations and indemnification

When you submit information about a person to be the subject of a corrido, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You have the legal right and authority to provide the information you submit, and the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  2. The person who is the subject of the corrido (or, if deceased, that person’s estate or rightful representative) has consented to the creation of a personalized song using the information you provide, or you otherwise have a lawful basis to commission the corrido;
  3. You will not use the Service to depict any person in a defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, criminal, or knowingly false manner;
  4. You will not use the Service to impersonate any real person, or to depict a public figure, performer, athlete, politician, criminal-justice subject, or other person whose name, voice, image, or likeness has commercial or reputational value, without that person’s prior written authorization;
  5. You will not use the Service to depict a minor (a person under 18 years of age) in any manner that could be construed as sexual, exploitative, or harmful; and
  6. You will not use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including without limitation the right-of-publicity, defamation, false-light invasion of privacy, harassment, or copyright laws of the jurisdiction in which the subject of the corrido resides.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BIG BYTE LABS, LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) against any claim, demand, action, proceeding, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) that arises out of or relates to:

(a) the information you submitted to the Service;
(b) your use of the resulting corrido, including any sharing, broadcast, performance, or distribution;
(c) any breach by you of the representations and warranties in this section; or
(d) any claim by a third party that the corrido violates that party’s right of publicity, right to privacy, copyright, trademark, or other personal or proprietary right.

This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

CorridoMaker reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you have agreed to indemnify us, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense. We may also, at our discretion, refuse to deliver, suspend access to, or remove any corrido that we believe in good faith may give rise to a claim of the kind described in this section, and to issue a refund where appropriate.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the price you paid for the corrido.
