CorridoMaker is committed to making our service usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, screen magnifiers, and captioning.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.
What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and form labels.
- A “Skip to main content” link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Keyboard-navigable controls throughout the site, including the audio player.
- Color contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA targets for body text and interactive controls.
- Plain-language copy in English and Spanish.
- Audio samples accompanied by full lyrics in Spanish and an English translation.
- An audio player with descriptive button labels announced by screen readers.
Known limitations and ongoing work
We’re a small team and we’re actively improving accessibility. Areas we know are not yet fully optimized:
- Some animations on the marketing pages do not yet honor the
prefers-reduced-motionbrowser setting. - The questionnaire is keyboard-navigable but has not yet been audited end-to-end with a screen reader.
We’re working on both. If you encounter another barrier, please tell us.
How to report a barrier
Email accessibility@corridomaker.com with a description of the issue and, if you can, the page URL and the assistive technology you were using.
We treat accessibility reports as priority bugs. We will:
- Acknowledge your report within 2 business days.
- Aim to resolve the issue within 30 days, or explain why a fix will take longer.
If your message goes unanswered for more than 5 business days, please follow up at support@corridomaker.com.

- Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, as updated by the 2017 ICT Refresh
