Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-02

CorridoMaker is operated by BIG BYTE LABS, LLC (“we”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Mexico's LFPDPPP, Canada's PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, and other applicable laws in the markets we serve.

Privacy contact

The entity responsible for our personal-data handling is BIG BYTE LABS, LLC. For any data-rights request (CCPA, LFPDPPP / ARCO, PIPEDA, or otherwise) or privacy question, email privacy@corridomaker.com.

Age requirement and children's privacy

CorridoMaker is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please email privacy@corridomaker.com and we will delete it promptly.

Information we collect

How we use your information

We use questionnaire information to generate your corrido through our AI providers (OpenAI for lyrics and a music generation provider for audio). The resulting audio file is stored in AWS S3 and available for permanent download via your link.

Where your data is processed

Your personal data is processed and stored in the United States via Amazon Web Services (AWS), us-east-1 region. This means your information crosses borders from your country of residence to the United States. By using CorridoMaker you consent to this international data transfer. We apply the same protective measures regardless of where the data is processed.

How long we keep your data

We retain order data (questionnaire answers, generated lyrics, audio file location, payment record) indefinitely so that the permanent link to your corrido continues to work. Stripe payment records are subject to their own retention obligations under US tax law. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see “Your rights” below.

Third-party sharing

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@corridomaker.com. Requests are processed within applicable legal windows (CCPA 45 days, PIPEDA 30 days, LFPDPPP 20 days).
